What is ASAM?

ASAM offers an opportunity for men and women 55 years of age and older to address special needs and issues facing older adults, with emphasis on Spiritual Growth.

Here at South Bay we place a heavy emphasis on walking with God not only spiritually, but also physically. As seniors, it is especially important to stay active. We have many ways in which that is possible:
