Minister Derrick Hall is a well-known and respected musician, artist, songwriter and producer both locally and nationally. His versatility and innovative style as an accomplished pianist, organist and percussionist has distinguished him as a recognizable talent in the music industry.

Derrick's musical career began at the age of nine under the tutelage of his father and music teacher. Through many hours of daily practice, his God-given ability has evolved into a unique musical art form.

In 1988, Derrick formed "Derrick Hall & Company." This 15-member gospel singing group is an arm of ministry focused on spreading the gospel through original songs. In 1997 the group recorded their first project, which was released later that year. In 2001 DH&C released their sophomore project entitled, "He's Real."

As Music Director, Derrick has orchestrated recordings for The Olivet Institutional Choir and the Peace Choir, just to name a few. He is a musician of choice by some of the most famous names in the music industry, because of his professionalism, extensive musical knowledge and his versatility as an artist and musician. Presently, Derrick is the Worship Pastor here at South Bay Community Church in Fremont, California.
