MISSION STATEMENT:
Our Children's Ministry exists to ILLUMINATE (evangelism) the children of our community with the message of Christ's love; to help INCUBATE (fellowship) friendships with other believers; to INSTILL (service) an intrinsic desire to do God's work; to INFUSE (discipleship) their lives with spiritual guidance; and to IGNITE (worship) within them a love for God.
Relevant spiritual development is important for the future of our children and we address this need through various inspiring, interactive, exciting, and fun ministry offerings. They include age appropriate Spiritual development classes, Children’s Church Growth Hour, Children's Choir, Interpretive Dance, Vacation Bible Study, King's Kids recognition, Friend Day Celebration, and other special event activities all for children ages 3-11.
The I-FIVE Concept:
- Illuminate: to provide or brighten with light.
- Incubate: cause to develop.
- Instill: to introduce by gradual persistent efforts.
- Infuse: to be spread or flow throughout; permeate.
- Ignite: to cause to burn; to arouse the passions of; excite.
